1. Agreement to terms
By using premierconsultingroup.services or engaging Premier Consulting Group LLC for business, planning, or human resource advisory services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services and quotes
Pricing shown on this website reflects typical retainer and project ranges and is not a binding quote. Every engagement begins with a discovery call and a written scope, which becomes binding once approved by both parties.
3. Retainers and payment
Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each service month once your written scope is approved. Standalone project work typically requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or upon delivery.
4. Scope of work
Services are delivered according to the scope defined in your written agreement. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and internal implementation, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate financial, operational, and organizational information, and to participate in scheduled sessions so recommendations can be developed and implemented on schedule.
6. Confidentiality
We treat financial data, business plans, personnel information, and any materials shared with us as confidential, and we do not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables created specifically for your engagement, such as business plans and org design documents, become your property upon full payment, excluding our internal frameworks, templates, and methodologies, which remain ours.
8. Limitation of liability
Premier Consulting Group LLC will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions made based on our recommendations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed and services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
